Summer Reading Program Ends with a Great Show!

The front lawn of the Library was transformed into a small animal petting zoo Thursday, August 18, as we ended the Summer Reading Program with a program
hosted by Jason Reilly of Green Meadows Farm, "One World, Many Animals".
Dozens of delighted young library patrons (and their grownups) as well as passersby were entertained by Jason and his furry, feathered and slimy friends,
including "Stickers", the Asian tree frog; "Tickles", the African hedgehog and a Silky Chicken who acted as a dance contest judge.
We were so lucky that the day stayed warm and sunny. A wonderful time was had by all!!

Tickles was a fan favorite!
