Welcome Spring

Spring is on its way! Are you getting ready ? The library is! Come on in and see what has bloomed at the library! For the Spring season we have wonderful book displays featuring our favorite books that say "good-bye" to Winter and "hello" to Spring.

Sign up for our Spring Story Times! We are now registering for our early Spring sessions.

Preschool Story Time
Tuesdays, March 15, 22, 29; April 5 and 12
10:30 am
Ages: 3 1/2 - 5 years old

Toddler Story Time
Wednesdays, March 16, 23, 30;April 6 and 13
Time: 10:30 am
Ages: 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 years old with parent/caregiver.

We also have plenty of books on display. This month we are featuring:

Women's History Month
March is Women's History Month. Check out our display which features books about famous females from Amelia Earhart to Michelle Obama. These books are on display now and throughout the month of March.

St. Patrick's Day
March 17th is St. Patrick's Day. We have many books on display to celebrate the holiday. Come on in and check them out! If St. Patrick's Day books aren't enough holiday fun for you then check out some of our St. Patrick's Day themed programs:

Shamrock Mirror Craft
Friday, March 11
Time: 6:30 pm
Ages: 7 - 12 years old
Join Joanne Manning and decorate a shamrock mirror to celebrate the green.Registration began February 16. There are still plenty of spots open! Call us at 473- 0022 to sign up!

Rainbow Shamrock Craft
Thursday, March 17
Time: 1:30 pm
Ages: 3 - 5 years old.
Come celebrate St. Patrick's Day at the Library! We'll be making a beautiful rainbow shamrock and reading some St. Patrick's Day stories. Registration began February 24. There are still spots available! Call us at 473- 0022 to sign up!
