Dig Into Reading! Summer Reading Program 2013

This summer join us as we go down below the surface and explore all the wonders of the world beneath our feet. Durring PJFL's Summer Reading Program, children from birth to 12 years old will "Dig into READING!" with underground-themed crafts, story times, book discussions, science exploration, live animal shows and more! The goal of the Summer Reading Program is to encourage children to read during the summer months, both to prevent skill loss and to foster a love of reading that will last a lifetime!

This year the Summer Reading Program is online! You can sign up, log all of your books and write reviews. Registration has started, here are the groups you can sign up for!

This group is for infants and children who are not reading independently and is a Read-to-me group. When a parent/sibling/caregiver reads to the child it can be added to their log. Prizes will be awarded weekly for every 5 books read. The program goal for the Book Worms is 25 books. Sign up for this group here! 

Fossil Finders are for new readers, that are reading on their own, and are up to 3 rd Grade. Prizes will be awarded for every 3 books read. The program goal for the Fossil Finders is 15 books. Sign up for this group here!

Core Explorers is for readers that are up to 6th Grade. Prizes will be awarded for every 2 books read. The program goal for the Core Explorers is 10 books. Sign up for this group here!
